As Controller of the company, she oversees the day-to-day activities of finance and accounting department, leads the company’s financial reporting and related internal control functions and developing annual budget and financial forecasts.

Tricia brings over 25 years of human resources experience in healthcare, state government, and federal contracting to the team. At Strongbridge she is responsible for all hiring and on-boarding, benefits programs, employee wellness, and compliance. Tricia also holds the PHR and SHRM - CP certifications in human resources.

As Quality Manager, she is responsible for ensuring the overall compliance and accuracy of Strongbridge processes. Prior to joining Strongbridge in 2012, Kristina spent six years with with Orbcomm and Telos Corporation.

The ability to rapidly deliver reliable products and services depends on having skilled staff, proven processes, and established federal certifications. To ensure we meet this commitment, Strongbridge holds key process and quality certifications: ISO 9001, ISO 20000, ISO 27001, and CMMI Level 3.

ISO 9001:2015

ISO 9001:2015 specifies requirements for a quality management system where an organization needs to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide product that meets customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.

ISO 20000

ISO 20000 is the international IT service management standard that enables IT organizations to ensure that their IT service management processes are aligned with the needs of business, its customers and international best practices.

ISO 27001

ISO 27001 is the international standard for Information Security Management Systems (ISMS). The ISMS encourages the identification and classification of information assets and systematic risk assessment of threats and vulnerabilities.

CMMI Level 3 – Development (DEV) and Services (SVC)

Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) is a process improvement approach whose goal is to help organizations improve their performance. Strongbridge is certified at Level 3.

Project Management Professional

Over half of Strongbridge Project Managers hold the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI), enabling us to continually provide our customers with improved management processes.
