Agile Development – We have employed our Agile Software Delivery Methodology on hundreds of sprints for federal projects. Our holistic and integrated approach combines technical best practices from leading Agile disciplines with the CMMI Level 3 framework to help our customers achieve business results quickly and with confidence. We adapt the use of User Stories, burndown charts, prioritized backlogs, and daily scrum meetings to our federal customer needs.  Our approach applies proven best practices from several Agile disciplines including Scrum, Kanban, and DevSecOps to deliver consistent, repeatable and predictable results for all IT services.

DevSecOps – Our DevSecOps services build a collaborative culture of subject matter expert (SME) developers, security staff, and operations staff, all working together through Agile sprint cycles; and providing the team with a core set of CI/CD tools that maximize the use of automation to extend the reach and efficiency of the Agile team. We apply this expertise to transform legacy government systems to modern, secure cloud ecosystems. We are CMMI Level 3-certified in both software development (DEV) and services (SVC). Low-Code Development – We leverage the power of low-code platforms such as Appian and Microsoft Power Platform to deliver robust and efficient solutions tailored to meet our clients’ needs. For instance, we have successfully maintained and supported an evaluation tool on AWS GovCloud. This tool, developed using Appian, automates and streamlines processes that were previously manual. Our comprehensive support includes first contact resolution via knowledge documents, user and group management, platform upgrades, application update deployments, and continuous monitoring to ensure optimal performance and user experience.

In addition to Appian, we have extensive experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, which includes applications such as Power Apps, Power Automate, Dynamics 365 (D365), and Power BI.
