The FRA faced inefficiencies due to fragmented systems, which impeded cohesive data integration and swift decision-making. 

Strongbridge implemented Microsoft Dynamics and the Power Platform, consolidating disparate data sources and automating complex workflows. We developed custom applications using Power Apps to simplify operations and Power Automate to reduce manual interventions.

DHS Procurement Innovation Lab

DHS required a process of assessing vendor past performance from a vast collection of historical data stored in the Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System. Contracting officers faced the task of manually sifting through extensive textual data to identify relevant past performance examples, which was time-consuming and inefficient. 

Strongbridge utilized advanced A.I. and machine learning to "read" and analyze prior performance assessments, automatically recommending the most relevant examples through a sophisticated relevance ranking system. This solution significantly reduced the effort required by contracting officers, enhancing the speed and accuracy of vendor assessments.

The implementing machine learning streamlined the assessment process and ensured that contracting officers could make data-driven decisions with greater confidence.
